George Brassil
George Brassil is a HCPC, CSP and POGP registered physiotherapist with over seven years of clinical experience across both private practice and the NHS. He specialises in men’s and women’s pelvic health, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and complex post-surgical recovery, providing evidence-based, person-centred care within The Pelvic Health Centre.
His clinical approach combines detailed assessment, rehabilitation-focused treatment, and clear patient education to support meaningful and lasting improvements in function, confidence, and quality of life.
Education & Training
George graduated with distinction from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, earning an Honours Bachelor of Science in International Physiotherapy. His academic performance was recognised through selection into the university’s Honours College programme, where he completed additional training in Healthy Ageing.
During his studies, he developed a particular interest in chronic pain management and the wider physical and psychological factors influencing recovery, helping shape his holistic and rehabilitation-focused approach to care.
He has undertaken advanced postgraduate training with the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) group, further developing his expertise in pregnancy and postnatal rehabilitation, pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, men’s pelvic health, and complex pelvic floor conditions affecting both men and women.
George has also completed training with the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP), integrating acupuncture into treatment where clinically appropriate to support pain management, rehabilitation, and recovery.

George has worked across a broad range of specialist clinical settings including pelvic health, orthopaedics, spinal rehabilitation, colorectal care, oncology, respiratory surgery, urology, gynaecology, and obstetrics. This diverse clinical background supports a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between movement, function, pain, and pelvic health.

Prior to establishing The Pelvic Health Centre, George worked as a Highly Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist within specialist pelvic health services, contributing to service development, supporting multidisciplinary care, and training physiotherapists in pelvic health rehabilitation whilst maintaining a private practice in central London.
His contribution to patient care during the COVID-19 pandemic was recognised with a Gold Hero Award.

George’s approach is centred around delivering clear, individualised and clinically reasoned rehabilitation. He believes effective physiotherapy extends beyond symptom management alone and should address the broader physical, functional, and lifestyle factors influencing recovery.
He works collaboratively with patients to develop structured rehabilitation plans tailored to their goals, supporting recovery, long-term function, confidence, and return to activity.

Originally from Ireland, George has developed his clinical experience across multiple healthcare systems including the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Malta, and Ireland. This international experience has contributed to a broad clinical perspective and an adaptable, patient-centred approach to care.
Outside the Clinic

Sara Pedro Dias

Sara is a Specialist Pelvic Health and MSK Physiotherapist with experience across both NHS and private healthcare settings, supporting men and women with pelvic health and musculoskeletal conditions. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to move confidently and improve their quality of life.
Education & Training
Sara began her healthcare career by completing a BSc in Psychomotor Rehabilitation at the University of Évora, Portugal, in 2017. Her early work supporting individuals within the field of neurodiversity strengthened her understanding of the close relationship between physical and emotional wellbeing, communication, and patient-centred care.
Driven by a growing interest in physical rehabilitation and pelvic health, she went on to complete a second degree in Physiotherapy at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. This international training provided her with a strong evidence-based foundation in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurology, and pelvic health physiotherapy. Alongside her clinical practice, Sara has pursued additional postgraduate training in pelvic health physiotherapy with the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP), including specialist education in the assessment and treatment of urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunctions. She is committed to continuous professional development to ensure her patients receive up-to-date, effective, and compassionate care.
Clinical Expertise
Sara has experience working across both NHS and private healthcare settings, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and pelvic health conditions. Her clinical background includes supporting patients during pregnancy and postpartum recovery, as well as treating back pain, sports- related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, visceral-related conditions, and pelvic health conditions affecting both men and women, including pelvic girdle pain, pelvic floor dysfunctions, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence and urinary urgency. She has also worked within neurological rehabilitation, helping individuals living with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis regain function, confidence, and independence. Her broad clinical experience allows her to take a holistic approach to patient care, recognising the important connection between pain, movement, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing in recovery and long-term health.

Having trained and worked across Portugal, the Netherlands, and the UK, Sara brings an international perspective to her clinical practice. Working within diverse healthcare systems and multicultural environments has strengthened her adaptability, communication skills, and ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients from all backgrounds. Her varied professional journey has shaped a compassionate and open-minded approach, helping patients feel listened to, understood, and supported throughout their rehabilitation.

She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and the POGP. Outside of clinical practice, Sara enjoys staying active and values movement as an essential part of both physical and mental wellbeing — an approach that continues to shape the way she supports her patients in achieving sustainable, long-term health.
